Deleting your child's data
Parents can delete a child's profile and all associated learning data from inside the app: Parent area → Edit Child → Delete child data. Deletion removes the child's records from our systems.
You can also request deletion of a child profile or your entire account by emailing hello@playprofessorpaws.com from the parent account's email address. We'll confirm when it's complete.
Account questions
Accounts are created and controlled by parents. Children cannot make purchases. Subscriptions (at public launch) are managed by the parent through the App Store.
